<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Sbucciare la mela, togliere il torsolo e farla a dadini.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">metterli in un pentolino insieme allo zucchero, la cannella e far cuocere a fuoco basso finché lo zucchero non si scioglie.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">per ultimo aggiungere la marmellata e mescolare finché anche quest'ultima non si scioglie. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">stendere la pasta sfoglia sul piano di lavoro e formare dei quadrati; su ogni quadrato aggiungere il composto di mela e coprire formando un fagottino.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">fare dei ritagli con il coltello sulla superficie del fagottino e chiudere bene con le dita.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Mescolare il burro insieme allo zucchero, aggiungere le uova piano una alla volta finché non sono ben amalgamate.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">unire le arance spremute, la farina mescolata con il lievito e la vanillina e continuare a mescolare.</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Versare l'impasto in una teglia imburrata e infarinata o direttamente ricoperta con carta forno.</span><br />

PREPARAZIONE:<br />
Preriscaldare il forno a 180°<br />
Sbattere le uova con lo yogurt, aggiungere piano piano lo zucchero, l'olio, lo zucchero e la farina setacciata con lievito.<br />
Mescolare bene fino ad ottenere un composto moribo e senza grumi.<br />
Aggiungere le gocce di cioccolato all'impasto e mescolare nuovamente.<br />
Imburrare ed infarinare una teglia per torcolo e versare uniformemente il composto.<br />
Infornare per 30/35 minuti.<br />

In una teglia ricoperta da carta forno versare patate e broccoli, irrorare con un filo d'olio, condire con sale pepe e noca moscata.<br />
Tagliare alcune fette di formaggio fresco e depositarle sopra il composto.<br />
Mescolare mezzo bicchiere di latte con la farina e versare tutto nella teglia dei broccoli.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Nel frattempo tagliare a dadini il pane e farlo abbrustolire in forno. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Al momento del bollore dell'acqua, salare, aggiungere il cavolo tagliato a pezzetti e far bollire per 15/20 minuti. (controllate finché non diventa abbastanza morbido).</span><br />
<span style="font-family: "Courier New",Courier,monospace;">Depositare il cavolo in un piatto e nell'acqua della cottura scottare il pane abbrustolito.<br />
Far saltare in padella il cavolo con un filo d'olio, uno spicchio d'aglio e condire con sale e pepe.<br />
Aggiungere poi il pane, saltare per 5/6 minuti.<br />

Disporre sopra le fettine di mela, solverizzare con cannella e zucchero di canna.</span><br />
